These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Health Export AI app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Health Export AI reads health and fitness data from Apple Health read-only, with your explicit permission, and writes a JSON summary to a destination you choose — your own iCloud Drive, a local folder, or a network endpoint (LAN or webhook) you configure — so an AI agent you control can read it. The app never writes to or modifies your Apple Health data, and your health data never passes through any server operated by the developer.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to the app except where these Terms are more specific. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as that EULA allows.
The app is a data-export tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Anything an AI agent produces from your exported data is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified health provider for medical decisions, and never disregard professional advice because of something produced from this data.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported data will be complete or accurate for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
